Sikaraa Vendor Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Sikaraa Online Ecommerce Services ("Sikaraa ") and any individual or business ("Vendor") offering products or services for sale on the Sikaraa platform. By registering as a Vendor on Sikaraa, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Vendor Eligibility

• Vendors must be legally authorized to conduct business in India.
• Vendors must possess all necessary licenses, permits, and registrations required to sell their products or services.
• Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information.
• Sikaraa reserves the right to refuse or terminate a Vendor account at its discretion.

2. Product Listings

• Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and complete product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
• Product listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws.
• Sikaraa prohibits listings for products or services that are illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Sikaraa reserves the right to edit or remove product listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.

3. Order Fulfillment

• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and in accordance with the customer's selected shipping method.
• Vendors must clearly communicate shipping timelines and costs to customers.
• Vendors must package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Vendors are responsible for handling customer returns and refunds in accordance with Sikaraa's Return Policy (link to return policy),

4. Fees and Commissions

• Initial Promotional Period: For the first four (4) months from the date of registration, Sikaraa will not charge Vendors any commission fees.
• Standard Commission: After the initial promotional period, Sikaraa will charge a commission of 2.5% on the final sale price of each order placed through the Sikaraa platform.
• Delivery Charges: Vendors may charge a delivery fee of INR 30-50 based on the delivery distance in kilometers. Delivery charges must be clearly stated to the customer before order confirmation.

5. Payments

• Sikaraa will collect payments from customers on behalf of Vendors.
• Sikaraa will process payments to Vendors on a [specify frequency, e.g., weekly, bi-weekly] basis, after deducting applicable commissions and any other fees.
• Payment processing is subject to Sikaraa's Payment Policy (link to payment policy).

6. Intellectual Property

• Vendors retain ownership of their intellectual property, including product descriptions, images, and trademarks.
• Vendors grant Sikaraa a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use their intellectual property for the purpose of promoting and selling products on the Sikaraa platform.

7. Vendor Conduct

• Vendors must act professionally and ethically in their interactions with customers and Sikaraa.
• Vendors must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
• Vendors must not post spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Vendors must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Sikaraa platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sikaraa does not guarantee any specific level of sales or traffic for Vendors.
• Sikaraa will not be liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Sikaraa platform.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with [specify notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice.
• Sikaraa may terminate a Vendor's account immediately for serious breaches of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Modifications
